Built for Owners Who Want a CPA Involved All Year
This is for business owners who want ongoing tax planning and accounting support, not a return dropped off once a year.
You own and run a business, and taxes are something you deal with once a year instead of managing all year.
You operate as a sole proprietor, single-member LLC, partnership, or S corporation and want one CPA handling the business side and your personal return together.
You already run payroll, or you have an S corp and are not sure your owner salary has ever been reviewed.
You want to know what to set aside for taxes each quarter instead of finding out in April.
Your books exist, but nobody reviews them until tax time, so the numbers are never useful for decisions.
You want a CPA you can reach during the year, not just a preparer you hear from in March.

The Work I Actually Do for Business Owners
Six pieces that work together. Each one depends on the others being done right.
Bookkeeping Review
I review your books on an ongoing basis so the numbers we plan around are real. If the books are behind or miscategorized, cleanup comes first.
Quarterly Projections
Each quarter I project your business and personal tax picture from year-to-date results, so you see where the year is heading while there is still time to act.
Estimated Payments
I calculate your federal and state estimated payments, tell you the amounts and due dates, and adjust them as the year changes.
Business and Personal Return Coordination
Your business return and personal return are prepared together, so income, deductions, and payments flow through correctly instead of being handled by two different people.
Entity Review
I periodically review whether your sole proprietorship, LLC, or S corp still fits your income and how you operate, and walk you through the tradeoffs if a change makes sense.
Payroll and Reasonable Compensation Coordination
For S corp owners, I coordinate with your payroll provider on owner salary and document how your reasonable compensation was determined, so payroll and the tax return agree.
Year-Round Tax Advisory starts at $600/month. Final pricing depends on your situation. See all services and pricing.
Simple to Start. I Take It From There.
Once you have signed up, I request prior year information, as well as bookkeeping and payroll access, and I take it from there.
We meet shortly after to discuss a plan and follow up on it throughout the year.
Book a Free ConsultWhat I Will Ask For
- Prior year business and personal tax returns
- Access to your bookkeeping software, or bank and credit card statements if you do not have books yet
- Access to your payroll provider, if you run payroll
- Entity documents, such as formation paperwork and your S corp election acceptance if you have one
- A rough picture of current-year income so the first projection is grounded in real numbers
If you do not have something on this list, that is fine. Tell me on the call and we will work with what you have.

Business Tax Planning Questions
Do I need to be in Torrance or California to work with you?
No. The office is at 2800 Skypark Drive in Torrance, California, and I work with business owners across the United States through video meetings and a secure portal. California owners also get a CPA who deals with the FTB and California entity rules regularly.
What if my books are behind or a mess?
That is common, and it is where we start. Bookkeeping review begins with getting the books current and categorized correctly. Projections and estimated payments only work when the underlying numbers are right.
Do you prepare both the business return and my personal return?
Yes. Coordinating the two is a core part of the engagement. Business results flow to your personal return, so the same person should be looking at both.
Do you handle payroll?
I coordinate with your payroll provider on owner compensation and make sure payroll and the tax return line up. If you do not have payroll set up yet, we will talk through what you need on the call.
Should my business be an S corp?
It depends on your income, your state, how you pay yourself, and the added cost and administration that comes with an S corp. Entity review is part of the engagement, and I will show you the numbers for your situation rather than give a generic answer.
What if I only need a tax return filed?
This page is for owners who want ongoing planning and accounting support. If you just need a return prepared, tax return preparation is available on its own. The homepage lists that option.
How much does this cost?
Year-Round Tax Advisory starts at $600 per month. Final pricing depends on your entity, the state of your books, and whether payroll is involved. We confirm scope and pricing after the consultation.
Do you guarantee tax savings?
No. I build a compliant, proactive system and identify planning opportunities where the law actually supports them. Results depend on your facts and how the year unfolds.
